Roxy (codenamed Agent Lovecraft) is a one-shot girl dog character who only appeared in the episode C'mon Get Happy! She is one of the undercover agents from K.G. Bianca's S.H.A.D.O.W. organization. She secretly tried to trick Happy, not knowing it wasn't a plan to capture Happy to recruit him back to the S.H.A.D.O.W. organization and also plans to replace Bessie as a new B.F.F. for Happy.
Biography[]
In the episode, she meant to replace Bessie as the new B.F.F. for Happy. At first, she was an ordinary girl dog wanting to spend memories with Happy. But then she was later to revealed to be an undercover agent. They first met over in the bar for dogs, and she later invites him for the night out.
After the night out together, Bessie is infuriated by Happy missing out on their B.F.F. ceremony. Happy exclaims that he's moving out from Bessie's home to spend time with Roxy. When Bessie being told by Happy, she was disgusted and ok with them spending time together.
They later went to the local airport to board the plane to an undisclosed location, revealed that they're going to Las Vegas. While on the plane, Roxy excuses and her secret plan is all set from there.
Happy was relaxing until a television popped from the ceiling reveals that K.G Bianca just got ahold of Happy, and she later confirmed that Roxy is an undercover agent with a codename called Agent Lovecraft. Roxy was hired by K.G. Bianca to lure him into the plane and to trick happy to go on a trip with her, not knowing it wasn't a plan to capture Happy and recruit him back to the S.H.A.D.O.W. organization.
While all of this is happening from afar, Bessie realized that Happy was kidnapped and taken to Las Vegas. Bessie rode on a duck and caught on. When Bessie introduced herself to all of the dogs on the plane, they're all surprised, and K.G. Bianca commands Roxy to go to fight Bessie in a head to head for Happy.
During the head to head fight. Bessie finds a cargo button where the button opens the big back door from the plane. The door opened, and Roxy and others later flew out into the ocean.
Personality[]
On the outside, Roxy is pretty sweet and charming towards Happy. However, on the inside, Roxy holds onto much darker motives. During her agency, She is hired by K.G. Bianca's S.H.A.D.O.W. organization to trick Happy to go on a trip with her, not knowing it wasn't a plan to capture happy and recruit him back to S.H.A.D.O.W. organization.
However, after spending time with Happy on a plane at the airport, She was later revealed to Happy that she is an agent of K.G. Bianca's S.H.A.D.O.W. organization leaving Happy to be mad at her.
Physical appearance[]
At first in the episode, Roxy is shown to be a small dog with light brown eyes and long blonde hair (kept in place with a green hairband), wearing a small green dress, a black dotted beauty mark, leggings, and black shoes.
But later in the episode, Roxy is shown to be dressed in a black suit, elastic orange hairband, with white boots, and gloves, similar to fellow Nickelodeon character Kitty Katswell.

- As Bessie reads a book called "Poodle Haters" in "C'mon Get Happy!," it can be inferred Roxy is one.
- Her codename, Agent Lovecraft, references horror author H. P. Lovecraft.
- For some coincidental reason, when Roxy got later revealed as an agent in the episode, Her suit resembled a pretty similar look to Kitty Katswell's suit from T.U.F.F. Puppy, which was another running Nickelodeon show at the time back in 2011.
