Bug is a bug that Ben befriends in "What's the Frequency Bessie?", its only appearance. Bug was a very talented opera singer and enjoyed Ben's company.
Alongside Ben, the duo were controlling Bessie via use of a microphone, made possible from Bessie's newly acquired tooth filling. Bug is killed at the end of the episode after a dove eats it.
Being a silent character, Bug had no voice actor.
Biography[]
Ben meets Bug inside the Higgenbottom house, where Bug is tied up in a spider web about to be eaten. However, Ben saves it and decides to have Bug be his new friend. The two bond with Ben's microphone, where Ben has Bug jump and dance.
Bug joins Ben as the latter runs around San Francisco trying to keep his sister Bessie's tooth filling and resulting radio frequency under control. Near the end of "What's the Frequency Bessie?," Bug is revealed to be an opera singer, as Bessie sings with Bug's singing voice and prevents her from being pelted by tomatoes.
Aware of Bug's talent, Ben compliments its singing ability and claims the two will go far, until Bug meets its untimely end after a dove snatches it, to Ben's sadness.
Physical appearance[]
Bug has green eyes and an orange face. They have black arms and legs in addition to a torso comprised of various shades of brown. Lastly, Bug has black pincers and beige wings.
