What manner of wicked insults are these?
Portia insults her by saying she could see Goody's pores, which makes Goody wonder if Portia is wicked. Later, Portia is accused of witchcraft by Goody and other pilgrims, sent to a pillory as punishment.
After introducing herself to the Honeybees, she and Elder Bagg burn all of their technology in front of the girls. Portia complains about her bed arrangement (sleeping on hay), with Goody showing her the alternative: sleeping with sheep. Then, she shows Portia a chamber pot is used as their restroom when she asks where the bathroom is.
Alongside Bessie and Portia, Goody helps cut trees, harvest corn and pick cranberries in the river. She finds Bessie's naivete amusing, and laughs at Portia for falling in the cranberry river twice.
She and Elder Bagg accuse Portia of witchcraft, where she is sentenced to a pillory. Goody feeds a farting horse cheese to make Portia suffer even more. However, Bessie discovers she and the other pilgrims are merely actors and have been using technology in secret while on break. Goody advises Elder Bagg (Ron) to switch talent agents if he's unsatisfied with his current one.
After the girls steal her and the other actors' technology, everyone ultimately comes to a mutual agreement: for everyone to use technology openly on the farm.
