Matthew "Matt" Whitlock has been active in animation since 1998, working most often as a storyboard artist. On The Mighty B!, he co-storyboarded "Public Enembee" along with Eddie Trigueros. Whitlock has cultivated a second career as an author and illustrator for books.
Whitlock went to Columbus College of Art and Design, from which he graduated in 1997. His first credit in animation was as an inbetweener on the Disney film Mulan, and continued working as such on Tarzan and Lilo & Stitch.
