Megan Cavanagh (born November 8, 1960) is an American actress who portrayed the roles of Marla Hooch in A League of Their Own (1992, which brought her national attention), Willow in Junior (1994) and was the voice of Judy Neutron in the 2001 film Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius and its series (2002 to 2006), which aired on Nickelodeon.
Career[]
Other film roles include Shirley the Receptionist in Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous (2005), Ghost of Christmas Present in Scrooge & Marley (2012), Lu the Butcher in Disney's That Darn Cat (1997), and Officer Margie in Girltrash: All Night Long (2014).
On television, she reprised her role as Marla in the televised version of A League of Their Own (1993) and was Chris in the lesbian-themed sitcom Exes and Ohs from 2007 to 2011. She was featured in the short-lived second season of Bob (1993) as bookkeeper Chris Szelinski and played the recurring role of Trudy McHale, who married Al Borland in the series finale, on the sitcom Home Improvement (1998-99).
As a voice actress, Cavanagh voiced Julia in The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest (1996 to 1997), Slog in Tak & the Power of Juju (2007 to 2008) and Luna in Winx Club (2012 to 2013). In video games, she reprised the role of Judy Neutron in various Jimmy Neutron games between 2001 to 2004 as well as voicing Feodra Iceslayer in EverQuest II (2004).
Cavanagh voiced Hilary Higgenbottom in The Mighty B!; she holds the distinction of being the only woman to voice two Nicktoon mothers.[1] She stated getting to voice the character was "fantastic."[2]
