Millie's grandmother is either the mother or mother-in-law of Lola Millerson, and through her has Millie as a granddaughter. She and her granddaughter seem to have a close relationship, with Millie affectionately calling her both "Grandma" but most often "Nana."
She never physically appears, but a picture of her is seen on Millie's nightstand in "Something's Wrong With This Taffy." She is mentioned by Millie from time to time.
As she does not appear physically, she has no voice actress.
Millie's grandmother enjoys knitting, as she holds knitting circles frequently with other old women on Saturdays ("To Bee or Not To Bee") and knitted Millie's Danish vest in "Mr. Turtleton's Wild Ride."
Although not said, it is implied she lives with Lola and Millie, as Millie states in "Mr. Turtleton's Wild Ride" that her grandmother is making hot water in celebration of Chester Turtleton's return once the two come home.
Millie's grandmother is an elderly woman who has blue eyes and purplish gray hair. From what is seen in her picture, she wears black glasses, pink lipstick and a pink blouse with white trim.
