Look at these white blood cells, united together to fight off the government. I mean, disease!

Rainbow is a minor character who appears throughout the show as a tour guide for the field trips that the Honeybees partake upon - one working for the Discovertorium (in the episode, "Body Rockers") and at the Born to Be Wildlife Reserve (in the episode, "Children of the Unicorn").

A hippie, Rainbow is fiercely anti-government, doing a poor job hiding this to the children while guiding them throughout tours. She also makes jokes in hopes the children will laugh.

She is visibly unshaven, having stubble on her chin, hairy legs and armpit hair. Outside of work, Rainbow is a macrame hobbyist and enjoys crafts. Rainbow is voiced by Jill Talley.[1]

Personality

Although she is passionate about her tour guide duties (such as calling the Honeybees "cell clusters" while on a tour of the human body or "Humanimals" while guiding them through the Wildlife Preserve in "Children of the Unicorn"), Rainbow seems to care little about her hygiene, often seen unshaven (a good example is in "Macro Mayhem," where she has armpit hair long enough to reach the ground).

She also holds anti-government beliefs, viewing bill and tax collectors as "bacteria and viruses." A "no taxes" enamel pin is visible on her skirt. Rainbow often makes bad puns while on tours (such as "wasn't that, moving?"), usually laughing at her own jokes.

In "Macro Mayhem," Rainbow is shown to be a member of the Macrame Circle and is on good terms with like-minded The Hippie. She reminds Anton the reasoning for sitting in a circle is to "nurture" everyone's macrame emergencies. In the same episode, she mentions being in charge of the Craft Fair.

Physical appearance

Rainbow is a light-skinned woman who has blonde hair, held together with a scrunchie. She has green eyes, wears a dark blue hat, blue blouse, a blue skirt of a darker shade and tan sandals. Rainbow wears two necklaces and has several pins on her skirt, including a "no taxes" pin, the censorship symbol and the peace sign. She has facial hair and unshaven legs.
