The Mighty B! Wiki

The Dog Bartender is, as his name implies, a chihuahua bartender who works as such for local dog-exclusive establishments, including a casino.

In all of his appearances, he is seen serving people. Making his debut in "Night Howl," The Dog Bartender would appear twice more during the second season.

His sole speaking role was in series finale "C'mon Get Happy!," where Dee Bradley Baker provided his voice.

The Dog Bartender is first shown when Bessie orders a Shirley Temple from him. Although he looks confused at first by Bessie's presence at the dog only dance hall, he nonetheless does as asked.

Later, at the end of Bessie and Happy tangoing, he throws a pink rose in the air for Bessie. Once Bessie leaves, Happy whistles to give a nodding Dog Bartender the clear. He presses a button underneath the serving table to reveal a casino.

In "Dogcatcher in the Rye," the Dog Bartender serves Happy, who is frustrated that Bessie is running for dogcatcher. Hal the Ice Cream Man enters the bar, and orders Happy a refilled toilet drink which Hal will pay for. The Dog Bartender obliges.

The Dog Bartender makes his final appearance in "C'mon Get Happy!," where Happy has eaten over ten ribs after having stood up Bessie at their friendship anniversary ceremony. Happy orders more ribs, but the Dog Bartender opines he has had enough. An angry Happy yells at him, causing the fearful Dog Bartender to serve Happy more ribs to calm him down.

Physical appearance

The Dog Bartender is a gray furred chihuahua, having red eyes and a pink nose. He wears a black jacket, white buttoned shirt and a bowtie, which is black in most appearances (it is blue in "C'mon Get Happy"). The insides of his ears are pink in the first season, but changed to purple in season 2. His fur is also a lighter shade of gray during the second season. He is never seen from the waist down.
