"The Mighty B! Theme Song" is the introductory theme song sung at the beginning of every The Mighty B! episode. It is performed by Amy Miles (who also wrote the lyrics)[1] and other uncredited female singers.

Trivia
- According to Alex Kirwan, who designed the mountain of characters, the theme song wasn't made until the first season was halfway through in production.[2]
- The theme song features scenes from the following episodes: "Sweet Sixteenth," "Bee Afraid," "Bat Mitzvah Crashers" and "An I See Bee."
- Some recurring characters, like Donald the Postman, Hal the Ice Cream Man, Lola Millerson and Ronnie, are not featured in the theme song.
- Plays as background music in the online game Taffy Delivery.
